Disbursement of State of Indiana Funding 
Family and Social Services Administration is requesting applications to allow counties to develop, improve, coordinate, align and enhance county coordination related to access to treatment for substance use disorder and mental health.

Mobile Crisis Services Pilot
Family and Social Services Administration is soliciting to respondents that can satisfy the State’s need for behavioral health mobile crisis services. The purpose of a mobile crisis response team is to divert individuals in crisis away from hospitals, emergency departments, and jails and effectively eliminate the overuse and misuse of these services as well as to better service individuals in crisis and prevent fatalities from suicide, drug overdose, and other mental health and substance use emergencies.

Indiana Health Issues and Challenges Grant 
The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) is requesting applications from local and statewide service providers and planning organizations for competitive grant funding supported through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The purpose is to fund entities to implement programs focused on addressing health issues and challenges within Indiana. These funds must be used to develop and implement services focused on improving health outcomes.

Training Opportunities 

 
Contingency Management for Youth and Emerging Adults
The Indiana University School of Medicine is offering a training for behavioral health clinicians (social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, addictions counselors, mental health counselors, etc.) across the state of Indiana. Participants will complete a web-based training program to learn how to implement Contingency Management for Youth and Emerging Adults with substance use disorders (SUDs).

Introduction to Motivational Interviewing 
In this online training, participants will learn ways to connect with clients, co-workers and even friends and family members. Participants will experience group activities, role-play, videos, lecture and skills practice.

NIATx Virtual Change Leader Academy for Prevention Specialists 
The NIATx Virtual Change Leader Academy (VCLA) is the new web-based version of the popular NIATx Change Leader Academy (CLA). The CLA has given thousands of behavioral health, recovery, and prevention organizations the tools to make real changes that improve their services and work systems. This interactive, expert-led program includes four weekly 90-minute learning sessions. Optional, individual or change team coaching is available to participants who complete the CLA.
